Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human STK39 around the phosphorylation site of serine 311 (G-K-SP-F-R).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
DCHT; EC 2.7.11.1; Serine/threonine-protein kinase 39; SPAK; Ste-20 related kinase; STE20/SPS1-related proline-alanine rich protein kinase; STK39
Specificity Sensitivity:
STK39 (Phospho-Ser311) antibody detects endogenous levels of STK39 only when phosphorylated at serine 311.
