Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CDK5 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 15 (G-T-YP-G-T).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
Q00535
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:5000
Other Names:
CDK5, CRK6, Cell division protein kinase 5, EC 2.7.11.22, PSSALRE, TAU protein kinase II catalytic subunit, TPKII catalytic subunit, Tau protein kinase II catalytic subunit, kinase Cdk5
Specificity Sensitivity:
CDK5 (Phospho-Tyr15) antibody detects endogenous levels of CDK5 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 15.
