Immunoreactivity of Recombinant anti-2019-nCoV NP ScFv.Immobilized Recombinant 2019-nCoV Nucleocapsid Protein (E.coli,N-6His) (CAT# E21-RA31-1) at 5.0ug/ml (100ul/well) can bind Anti-2019-nCoV NP ScFv-Fc (CAT# E21-A029-1), the EC50 is less than 6.65ng/ml.
Stability is confirmed by binding ability with 2019-nCoV Nucleocapsid Protein (Cat#E21-RA31-1). The result showed that product bioactivity had no significant differences among these samples stored at 4℃ for 0, 3 , 7 days, respectively.
