Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human GATA4 around the phosphorylation site of serine 262 (R-L-SP-A-S).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody againstnon-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
P43694
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:5000
Other Names:
DNA binding protein GATA-GT2, GAT4, GATA binding factor-4, GATA-4, Transcription factor GATA-4
Specificity Sensitivity:
GATA4 (Phospho-Ser262) antibody detects endogenous levels of GATA4 only when phosphorylated at serine 262.
