Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Estrogen Receptor-β around the phosphorylation site of serine 105 (Q-K-SP-P-W).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse; Rat
SwissProtNo:
Q92731
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:1000
Other Names:
ESR2, ESTRB, Estrogen receptor beta, NR3A2
Specificity Sensitivity:
Estrogen Receptor-β (Phospho-Ser105) antibody detects endogenous levels of Estrogen Receptor-β only when phosphorylated at serine 105.
