Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human DAPP1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 139 (S-I-YP-E-S).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse
SwissProtNo:
Q9UHF2
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:5000
Other Names:
3' phosphoinositide-interacting SH2 domain containing protein, B lymphocyte adapter protein BAM32, Bam32, Dual adaptor for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositides 1, PHISH, dual adapter for phosphotyrosine and 3-phosphoinositides
Specificity Sensitivity:
DAPP1 (Phospho-Tyr139) antibody detects endogenous levels of DAPP1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 139.
