class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Calcium Sensing Receptor around the phosphorylation site of threonine 888 (R-A-TP-L-R).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Calcium Sensing Receptor (Phospho-Thr888) antibody detects endogenous levels of Calcium Sensing Receptor only when phosphorylated at threonine 888.
