Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PKD1/PKC μ around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 463 (R-Y-YP-K-E).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody againstnon-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
Q15139
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:40000
Other Names:
EC 2.7.11.13, KPCD1, PKC-mu, PKCM, PKD, PRKCM, PRKD1, Protein kinase C, mu type, Protein kinase D, kinase PKD1, nPKC-mu
Specificity Sensitivity:
PKD1/PKC μ (Phospho-Tyr463) antibody detects endogenous levels of PKD1/PKC μ only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 463.
