Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Ataxin 1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 776 (R-W-SP-A-P).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse
SwissProtNo:
P54253
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:10000
Other Names:
ATX1, ATXN1, SCA1, Spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 protein, Spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 protein homolog
Specificity Sensitivity:
Ataxin 1 (Phospho-Ser776) antibody detects endogenous levels of Ataxin 1 only when phosphorylated at serine 776.
