Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human TFII-I around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 248 (P-D-YP-Y-Q).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
P78347
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:500
Other Names:
BAP-135, BAP135, BTK-associated protein-135, Bruton tyrosine kinase-associated protein-135, DIWS1T, GTF2I, GTFI, GTFII-I, General II-I, General transcription factor II-I, SPIN, SRF-Phox1 interacting protein, TFII-I, WBSCR6, Williams-Beuren syndrome chromosome region 6 protein
Specificity Sensitivity:
TFII-I (Phospho-Tyr248) antibody detects endogenous levels of TFII-I only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 248.
