Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PYK2 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 580 (D-Y-YP-K-A).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
Q14289
Applications:
WB: 1: 500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100
ELISA: 1:40000
Alter Name:
PTK2B protein tyrosine kinase 2 beta isoform a, PTK2B protein tyrosine kinase 2 beta isoform b, calcium-dependent tyrosine kinase, cell adhesion kinase beta, focal adhesion kinase 2, proline-rich tyrosine kinase 2 protein kinase B, related adhesion focal tyrosine kinase
Specificity Sensitivity:
PYK2 (phospho-Tyr580) antibody detects endogenous levels of PYK2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 580.
