class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PSEN1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 357 (P-E-SP-R-A).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
PSEN1 (Phospho-Ser357) antibody detects endogenous levels of PSEN1 only when phosphorylated at serine 357.
