Western blot analysis of extracts from LOVO cells, treated with PMA (125ng/ml, 30mins), using PAK5/6 (Phospho-Ser602/Ser560) antibody. PAK5/6 (Phospho-Ser602/Ser560) antibody reacts with epitope-specific phosphopeptide and corresponding non-phosphopeptide. The absorbance readings at 450 nM are shown in the ELISA figure.
