Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human NFAT5/TonEBP around the phosphorylation site of serine 155 (D-N-SP-R-M).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
KIAA0827; NF-AT5; nuclear factor of activated T cells 5; T cell transcription factor NFAT5; TonE-binding protein; TonEBP; tonicity-responsive enhancer-binding protein
Specificity Sensitivity:
NFAT5/TonEBP (Phospho-Ser155) antibody detects endogenous levels of NFAT5/TonEBP only when phosphorylated at serine 155.
