class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human PYK2 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 579 (E-D-YP-Y-K).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
PYK2 (Phospho-Tyr579) antibody detects endogenous levels of PYK2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 579.
