class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human MAP2K1 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 386 (P-S-TP-P-T).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
MAP2K1 (Phospho-Thr386) antibody detects endogenous levels of MAP2K1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 386.
