Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human STAT2 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 631 (Q-P-YP-T-K).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
P52630
Applications:
IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:40000
Other Names:
STAT2; Signal transducer and activator of transcription 2; p113
Specificity Sensitivity:
STAT2 (Phospho-Tyr631) antibody detects endogenous levels of STAT2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 631.
