Western blot analysis of extracts from RAW264.7 cells, treated with UV (15mins), using 14-3-3 β/ζ (Phospho-Ser184/186) antibody. 14-3-3 β/ζ (Phospho-Ser184/186) antibody reacts with epitope-specific phosphopeptide and corresponding non-phosphopeptide.
