Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human P38 MAPK around the phosphorylation site of threonine 179 (E-M-TP-G-Y).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
Q16539
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:40000
Alter Name:
CRK1, CSAID binding protein, CSBP, CSBP1, CSBP2, Cytokine suppressive anti- inflammatory drug binding protein, MAP kinase MXI2, MAP kinase p38, MAPK14, MAX-interacting protein 2, MXI2, Mitogen-activated protein kinase 14, Mitogen-activated protein kinase p38, kinase p38-alpha
Specificity Sensitivity:
P38 MAPK (phospho-Thr180) antibody detects endogenous levels of P38 MAPK only when phosphorylated at threonine 179.
