Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CPI17α around the phosphorylation site of threonine 38 (R-V-TP-V-K).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse, Rat
SwissProtNo:
Q96A00
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:20000
Other Names:
17-kDa PKC-potentiated inhibitory protein of PP1; CPI; CPI-17; CPI17; PKC-POTENTIATED PP1 inhibitory protein; PKC-potentiated PP1 inhibitory protein; PP14A; Protein phosphatase 1, regulatory (Inhibitor) subunit 14A
Specificity Sensitivity:
CPI17α (Phospho-Thr38) antibody detects endogenous levels of CPI17α only when phosphorylated at threonine 38.
