Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Vitamin D Receptor around the phosphorylation site of serine 208 (D-L-SP-E-E).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human
SwissProtNo:
P11473
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:10000
Other Names:
1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 receptor; NR1I1; vitamin D receptor; vitamin D3 receptor
Specificity Sensitivity:
Vitamin D Receptor (Phospho-Ser208) antibody detects endogenous levels of Vitamin D Receptor only when phosphorylated at serine 208.
