Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human RGS16 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 168 (D-S-YP-P-R).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified fromrabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse
SwissProtNo:
O15492
Applications:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:1000
Other Names:
A28-RGS14P, RGS-R, RGSG, RGSR, Regulator of G-protein signaling 16, Retinally abundant regulator of G-protein signaling
Specificity Sensitivity:
RGS16 (Phospho-Tyr168) antibody detects endogenous levels of RGS16 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 168.
