class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human LEF-1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 42 (E-I-SP-H-P).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
LEF-1 (Phospho-Ser42) antibody detects endogenous levels of LEF-1 only when phosphorylated at serine 42.
