Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability:
Store at -20℃/1 year
class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Histamine H1 Receptor around the phosphorylation site of serine 398 (IS-H-SP-R-Q).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Reactivity:
Human, Mouse
SwissProtNo:
P35367
Applications:
IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:1000
Other Names:
H1-R, HRH1, histamine H1 receptor
Specificity Sensitivity:
Histamine H1 Receptor (Phospho-Ser398) antibody detects endogenous levels of Histamine H1 Receptor only when phosphorylated at serine 398.
