class="eg_cn_title"Immunogen:
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human APC1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 688 (S-L-SP-P-V).
Purification:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody againstnon-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
APC1 (Phospho-Ser688) antibody detects endogenous levels of APC1 only when phosphorylated at serine 688.
